Philippians 4:6 says:
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." (NIV)
This verse encourages us to trade anxiety for prayer. Instead of worrying, we are invited to bring everything—big or small—to God with a thankful heart, trusting that He cares and will respond.
In daily life, this means we don’t have to carry stress or fear alone. God invites us into a relationship where we can speak freely, rest in His peace, and trust Him to handle what we can’t control.
