Mark 11:25 says:
"And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins." (NIV)

This verse highlights the connection between forgiveness and prayer. Jesus reminds us that holding onto bitterness or grudges creates a barrier in our relationship with God. Forgiveness isn’t just for the benefit of others.. it frees our own hearts and keeps us aligned with God’s mercy.

In daily life, this means approaching prayer with a spirit of forgiveness. When we release resentment and choose to forgive, we reflect the grace God has given us. Forgiveness restores peace, strengthens our walk with Him, and opens the way for His blessings to flow in our lives.
