Isaiah 43:18–19 says:

"Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland."
(NIV)

These verses remind us that God is not limited by our past. He invites us to let go of what was and open our hearts to what He’s doing now—something fresh, life-giving, and full of promise.

In daily life, this means we don’t have to stay stuck in old mistakes, regrets, or disappointments. God is always at work, creating new paths in hard places and bringing hope where we thought there was none. He is the God of new beginnings.
