Isaiah 40:31 says:
"But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."
This verse is a powerful promise of renewal and endurance for those who place their trust in God. When we rely on Him, He gives us the strength to rise above exhaustion, discouragement, and life’s heavy burdens.
In everyday life, this means we don’t have to face challenges in our own strength. God empowers us to keep moving forward—with hope, with purpose, and with the confidence that He will carry us when we feel like we can’t go on.
