Exodus 35:5

Exodus 35:5 says:
"From what you have, take an offering for the Lord. Everyone who is willing is to bring to the Lord an offering of gold, silver and bronze." (NIV)
This verse comes from the moment when Moses instructed the Israelites to bring contributions for the building of the tabernacle. The key emphasis here is willingness.. God didn’t demand from them, but invited them to give freely and joyfully from what they had.
In daily life, this reminds us that true giving flows from the heart, not from obligation. God delights in offerings that are voluntary, generous, and motivated by love. Whether it’s our time, resources, or talents, when we give with a willing spirit, we honor Him and contribute to His work in meaningful ways.
