Ephesians 4:15 says:
"Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of Him who is the head, that is, Christ." (NIV)
This verse encourages us to communicate with both honesty and compassion. Truth without love can harm, and love without truth can mislead—but together, they help us grow in Christlikeness.
In daily life, this means we are called to build each other up through gentle, truthful words that reflect the heart of Jesus. When we speak with love and truth, we contribute to unity, growth, and spiritual maturity in the body of Christ.
