1 John 5:5 says:
"Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God." (NIV)
This verse reminds us that victory over the world doesn’t come from our own strength, wisdom, or effort.. it comes through faith in Jesus. Believing in Him gives us the power to overcome sin, fear, and everything that stands against God’s truth.
In daily life, this means we can face challenges with confidence, knowing that our faith connects us to Christ’s victory. No matter what trials come, believing in Him makes us overcomers.. walking in hope, strength, and eternal security through His name.
