"For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith." (NIV)
This verse highlights the power of new life in Christ. Those who are born of God are not defeated by the struggles, temptations, or systems of this world. Instead, faith becomes the source of victory.. anchoring us in Christ, who has already overcome.
In daily life, this means we don’t fight for victory but live from victory. Our faith connects us to Christ’s triumph, giving us strength to resist temptation, courage to face trials, and hope that endures. Being born of God makes us overcomers, not because of our strength, but because of His.
